A touch of B&W Photoshop

I have taken a selection of todays photos and made a few slight changes (Greyscale, levels, curves, contrast, blur and a touch of colour popping (see the living room)) using Adobe Photoshop and the results were quite promising. Popped out into Cheltenham last night to try my hand at so night time water shots. Took loads of pictures but none of them really came out well at all. I clearly rushed each shot without thinking about angles and composition. Anyway, heres what happened:

Started to play about with depth of view i think the pro's call it today. This was a nice close up view of a tail rotor with what i think is a R22 taking off in the background:

And finally a rather splending Citation Jet I saw close to my office today:

I went for a walk throught Cheltenham last night to see if anything caught my eye and I came accross the college buildings in town and tried a bit of night photography, here is the best of what I came up with:

I would love to here from anybody that knows anything about photography, tips, advice are all welcome. Thanks, Marcus
